We would like to thank God for the allowing us to use this land. We would
like for you to come and enjoy a great hunting experience on our beautiful
ranch. We have 767 acres of fun and rugged beauty. We are located 16
miles north of historic Brackettville, Texas. Just off of Hwy 674
between Brackettville and Rocksprings. The Turk-Nine is located where
the South Texas brush country meets the Texas hill country. The terrain
is rugged hills and canyons covered with cedar, pinion pine, mesquite, and
oak trees. There is an abundance of wildlife living on our ranch. There
are lots of whitetail deer, turkey, hogs, turkey, quail, dove, and javelina.

The Turk-Nine is owned and operated by the Jeffrey and Janet Turk
family. There are 9 of us in our family: my wife, our seven children,
and me. We have been hunters all our lives and have raised our
children in the great Texas hunting tradition. We have poured our
sweat and resources into making our ranch a wonderful place to stay
and hunt. We purchased this ranch in April of 2004. We are still in
the process of developing this ranch into a great and affordable place
for people to hunt. We are open to any suggestion by anyone
experiencing a hunt on our ranch as to how to make it a better place to
hunt. It is our hope that all hunters enjoy one of the most fun and
exciting hunts of their lives.
